License
Every loop is licensed for commercial use.
What you can do
When you buy a loop or bundle you get a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in personal and commercial work, for as long as you like:
- Live wallpapers and screensavers on your own devices.
- VJ sets, live shows, clubs, concerts, events and haunted attractions.
- Halloween decor: windows, TVs, projectors and storefront displays.
- Footage inside your own videos, films, streams, ads, music videos and social posts, including monetized ones.
- Editing: crop, recolor, loop, slow down or composite the footage as your project needs.
What you cannot do
- Resell, share, give away or re-upload the files themselves, on their own or in a pack, including on stock footage sites, template marketplaces, wallpaper apps or wallpaper workshops.
- Offer the loops for others to download, or present them as your own standalone footage.
- Mint them as NFTs or use them to train AI models.
Who can use it
The license belongs to the buyer. A business may use its purchase across its own projects and staff; clients receive your finished work, not the source files.
Ownership
Haunted Visions keeps the copyright in every loop. The license ends if its terms are broken.
