Because the files are delivered the moment you pay, purchases are not refundable for a change of mind.
When we refund
If a file fails to download, or is defective (it will not open, is corrupted, or is not what the page described), email hauntedvisionsmedia@gmail.com with the email you bought with and the loop name. We will send a working file or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Before you write
- Open your library and try the download again. Links are minted fresh each time.
- If your sign-in link expired, request a new one.
- ProRes files need professional software such as Premiere, Resolve or Resolume to play on Windows. That is expected, not a defect; the H.264 file plays everywhere.
Your statement
Charges appear on your card statement as LUX LUMN.
