What we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Who is responsible
Haunted Visions is operated by LUX LUMN. Contact us about your data at hauntedvisionsmedia@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Your email address and purchase details (what you bought, the price, the date and the order reference), collected through Stripe at checkout.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never receive your full card number.
- Sign-in data for your library (your email and sign-in timestamps), handled by Firebase Authentication.
- Campaign details from the link that brought you here (for example utm tags or an ad click id), kept in your browser for the visit and attached to your order so we know which ads work.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how the store is used (pages viewed, device type, approximate location), and the Meta pixel to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram (page views, product views, checkout starts and purchases). Both use cookies and may link activity to accounts you hold with those companies under their own privacy policies. You can block them with your browser settings or an ad blocker; the store still works.
We email you only to deliver your order and to send library sign-in links you request. If you opt in to promotions at checkout, we may also send occasional news about new loops, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.
Sharing
We share data only with the services that run the store: Stripe (payments), Google (analytics, sign-in and hosting), Meta (ad measurement) and our file delivery network. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax, and to keep your library working.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by writing to hauntedvisionsmedia@gmail.com. Deleting your data also removes access to your library.
