The short version of how buying from Haunted Visions works.
Who you are buying from
Haunted Visions sells digital horror video loops at thehauntedvisions.com. Sales are made by LUX LUMN, the seller of record, so your card statement will show LUX LUMN.
What you get
Each purchase is a digital download of the loop or bundle you chose, in the format you chose (H.264 or ProRes). Nothing physical ships. Your use of the files is covered by our license.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Delivery
After payment we email a sign-in link to your library, where your files are ready to download. Download links are created fresh when you tap them and expire within the hour. You can request a new sign-in link any time from the resend page. Please keep your own copies of the files.
Refunds
Digital downloads are final sales, with exceptions for files that fail to download or are defective. See the refund policy.
Liability
Files are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms, prices or the catalogue. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
